Jump into action!

Working full-time out of Terrey Hills on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing, streamlining and coordinating all bids and tenders. You will essentially act as the bridge between the sales and design teams and work with project budgets from around $50,000 up to $750,000. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage the complete tender response process
  • Write, edit and produce customised tenders, bids and proposals in cooperation with other departments
  • Access portal notifications/written notifications and distribute to project teams
  • Contribute to bid strategy sessions for tender opportunities
  • Analyse data and prepare reports as required

What we need from you

Whilst it is desirable that you have previous experience in a Tender or Bid Coordinator role dealing with competitive bids and government tenders, it is not essential. A highly organised and experienced administrator can be trained to succeed. While not essential, a background in the landscape, design or construction industries will be highly regarded. 

You will demonstrate the following competencies/attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Suite skills desirable
  • Positive attitude;
