Our impressive clientele ranges from state and local governments to commercial enterprises, landscape architects, developers, and educational institutions. 

We now have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Sales and Accounts Administrator to join our team in Terrey Hills on a full-time basis.

Your Next Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for a talented Sales and Accounts Administrator to handle crucial parts of our sales operations and client accounts. Join our team and be a vital player in nurturing stakeholder relationships, managing sales processes, and keeping our account administration in tip-top shape. With your skills, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our growth targets and keeping our customers happy.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and maintaining sales orders and related information in MYOB Exo, Salesforce, and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with local and overseas suppliers regarding manufacturing, order availability, shipping, and deliveries
  • Providing support and guidance to the sales team regarding the order process 
  • Invoicing and reporting to the Financial Controller

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we're looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, supporting a successful sales team with administrative and accounts tasks. Your exceptional communication skills will help you connect with a diverse range of stakeholders. With your keen eye for detail and organisational skills, you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, stock, and invoicing. We need someone who thrives  on attention to detail and looks to the bigger picture whilst following processes and delivering exceptional customer service. Other requirements include:

  • Experience using MYOB or similar software, or the ability and willingness to learn 
  • Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • MS Office Suite experience, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Though not essential, candidates with a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
